Who is “The Talking Birdy”?
Tamara is a Kuwaiti holistic health coach and mercury-poisoning survivor now specializing in hormonal health and holistically healing her PCOS. She continuously encourages her clients to seek out their options and build stronger education around their bodies and the natural approaches to healing. Through her personal journey of holistic healing, Tamara has discovered the importance of self-care, proper nutrients, and balance in food, and is passionate about spreading her education through her Instagram blog @thetalkingbirdy.
After having suffered from health issues for many years, Tamara’s struggle of trying to decode the issues that were going on in her body became unbearable. Before finally discovering that her ailment was mercury poisoning, it took getting misdiagnosed by 7 medical doctors for her to take to natural approaches; getting to the root of the problem by understanding how the body works, and letting go of the dependency and the complete trust of pharmaceuticals.
Armed with an education gained by years of experience obtaining holistic licensing through IIN school and Chestnut School of Herbalism. Tamara discovered that it isn’t enough to obtain a deep-rooted sense of wellness through food and/or physical exercise alone; a wholesome lifestyle results from the thoughtful nurturing you give the body.

Many people believe that motivation is the key to success, but I want to let you in on a little secret – being your best self requires a lifelong practice of self-love and ambition. It requires acknowledging that you’re doing the best you can in the present and demands that you never stop striving to grow and become even better in the future.
Recognize that wherever you are is a beautiful point in your journey. We are always growing and expanding to become more, so it really is about enjoying the journey and not rushing toward a destination. While you may have hopes and dreams that will lead you to bigger and better places, remember that valuing who you are in the present is a critical building block for the future.

Firstly, I would like to congratulate you for making the decision to improve & diversify your habits to health & cultivating intuitive eating. Here, you will learn to treat the root and not the symptoms. You will learn about emotional cravings and about self-love as opposed to self-judgment. The goal is to help you rewire your brain to understand your relationship with food and to always be being mindful. Learning how to listen and communicate with your body is a continuous, rocking sailboat. You will understand that self-healing will come in many forms.
They key to your transformation must go slow and one must recognize that perfection is unrealistic.
